WOW!!! what a great Holiday Week

Well Houghton Lake brought in the New Year with a bang. Our trail system was in good shape considering all the traffic. "Watch for Icy corners" Our Groomers did a fantastic job keeping up with all the traffic. I rode with a few customers which now have become friends Friday Night. I took them on an off trail ride which we had a blast. I did not tell them that I got turned around and we went in a circle a couple of times, you have to love night riding. So if you guys are reading this we really did not go that far. Grooming will continue as needed. We could use a little more snow. We have a chance for snow every day this coming week. 30 minutes west of us is getting hammered with Lake Effect. The wife and I are planning on going out today so I will let you know tomorrow how the conditions are. It has been extrememly cold the last two days. We would like thank all of you who visited Houghton Lake during this Holiday season and look forward to you returning for Tip-Up-Town, remember its the last two weekends in January.
