Much improved - ITS TIME TO RIDE

Well Houghton Lake did not get blasted like we had hoped but we did get some snow. Snow is forecasted everyday and a clipper system is forecasted to roll through on Saturday. Jeremy, myself and some of our buddies rode about 160 miles yesterday. We went from Meredith to Grayling, Moorestown and onto Lake City. The trails were actually great and we had a blast. We saw 12 sleds all day. We did run into a group of guys from Ohio. Most of the trails had no tracks on them so you can imagine how cool it was. As of Yesterday no trails were groomed but they were all flat. I spoke to groomer Steve this morning and they are firing up the tractors. They hope to have trail 6 double groomed by tonight. They will work on trail 654 and 655 tomorrow. Both of those trails I rode yesterday really did not need it. This should be a good weekend to ride, I will go out again tonight and let you know first thing tomorrow. Half hour north and west got hammered. If you make the trek up here this weekend you will defineately ride.
