Update report 01/04/09

Jon and Jeremey Ventured out last night for nice ride. I met up with them in Meredith. I had a burger and went back home. They rode the Houghton Lake trail system and said that the trails were not that bad and actually ran into the groomer on 655. The corners are thin and Icy so please slow down in the turns and stay on your side of the trail. We are still watching a storm for tuesday into Wednesday, All we really need is about 4-6 inches of wet snow and conditions will improve drastically. Houghton Lake had a lot of traffic on the trails during this Holiday season. The Groomers did a great job at keeping up with the trails. All in all it was a great Holiday. I think I can speak on behalf of all the area Bussinesses and Spicers Boat City, we would like to thank all of you for stopping in and look forward to your return visit.
