Trails are getting better

Jeremy rode last night and said the trails were in good condition until someone in his group broke a chain in the chaincase. The good news is that we have all the parts in stock and was able to repair it first thing this morning. Trail 654 and trail 6 were relatively flat. Jeremy did say that some of the corners were a little icy. Groomer Steve told me that they will be pulling snow from the sides all week and should have the base built back up. We could get a couple of inches of snow Thursday which would really make good conditions even better. I am going to speak on behalf of all Houghton Lake area businesses "A HUGE THANK YOU" for supporting our Tip-Up-Town festival. We had a great turn out with tons of sleds. Nothing is more cool than seeing over 100 sleds parked at Kil-Kare inn. Keep in mind that February is also a great Month to ride. With all this said its time to pay the bills.
